Phobic content

Pedophillic/Cub contentIf your reference is NSFW I will not be accepting your commission.Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated, and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.

PAYMENT & FEES- Payment is due in total upfront.- Payment is made through Etsy, Cashapp, or Ko-Fi using U$D.- A rush fee (+$10) will be charged for tight deadlines.- A design fee starts at (+$10) will be charged for clients with no reference images that would like me to draw solely from a description and a collection of photos.
Additionally, fees will be charged for excessive or significant designs.Refunds
If the refund is on grounds of the buyer not having read my ToS, 15% is non-refundable for wasting my time.
Once the work has started, you will only be getting 50% back. If the payment is sent as goods, buyer pays the fee if they choose to cancel at any point, even if the work has not started. If my work has gone to the coloring stage, no refund will be given.Communication
Stressing the importance of communication throughout the commission process can be immensely beneficial. This can include establishing expectations for update frequency and the type of information that you, the clients, should provide to me. I encourage clear communication, as it is essential to ensure the final product meets the client's satisfaction.CLIENT OBLIGATIONS- Write clearly and concisely when taking on a commission. I am autistic and take things at face value.- Provide multiple clear reference images of the character/subject.- Maintain professional conduct throughout the commission process.- Respond in a timely fashion. I will not be waiting an entire month for your response.- Assume responsibility for any critical information and explicit descriptions/references you fail to provide me, resulting in my inability to complete your commission to your satisfaction.
- Additionally: I do not keep original files for more than 1 month due to limited storage. For highest quality, I will e-mail you the finished product in its actual size.
